Here is a brief history of the experience (and experiences) that Bob Keat, Proprietor and Managing Director, brings to BAMRICO:

• Commenced in the Scientific Industry in 1964 as storeman and Internal Sales with a company called AA Guthrie who was later taken over by Watson Victor Ltd based in Sydney NSW
• Continued on with Watson Victor Ltd in internal sales until 1969 when I left to travel.
• Arrived in Western Australia early 1970 and worked in The North-West as a surveyors assistant for 8 months with Australian Aerial Mapping.
• Travelled to South Africa by ship where I worked for Protea Laboratory Services until mid 1972.
• After a failed attempt to drive through Africa in a Combi van returned to South Africa and sailed to England.
• Worked in England as a miners labourer in the London Underground Railway system and after a brief stint around Europe returned to Perth WA in mid 1973 where I re-joined Watson Victor Ltd as a sales representative.
• Worked with Watson Victor through to 1982 during which time became Sales Manager and then State Manager . During my time with Watson Victor I travelled overseas to receive training with such companies as Mettler - DuPont - Sorvall - Orion . I left the company in March 1982 afer it was taken over first by Nicholas (Aspro) and later by Fisons to become FSE Scientific.
• Commenced BAMRICO in March 1982.
